These are simply called Blade Baits. I've used these to catch sand bass and striped bass. My biggest striper on a blade bait is 7.2 pounds.

They have a double size 4 hooks. They have foil on each side and 3D eyes. They also come with a duo lock that can be used or you can remove the duo lock and tie directly to the lure. I use the duo lock for more freedom of movement.
